No. The bounce house and/or other items will be clean and disinfected when we release it to you on delivery day. Jump and Play RVA cleans, vacuums, and sanitizes every bounce house after each rental. In addition, we wipe down the rental at delivery to ensure you have a clean bounce house. We pride ourselves on meticulously maintaining our units. As a further step starting in 2020, we sanitize the units on site at the time of delivery prior to turning it over to you.
Yes. A blower keeps air in the bounce house the entire time. Once unplugged the house will deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 100' of the unit or a generator. As part of the rental, we supply our heavy duty cords to reduce the risk of tripping a circuit.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If, however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
High winds over 15 mph are unsafe. Keep a watchful eye on wind conditions. If winds are above 15 mph, have the riders exit and turn the blower off! Once the wind conditions improve, turn the blower on, check the corner stakes and make sure they are still secure. If all is well, allow the riders to enter the bouncer. Good judgment and adult supervision are very important.

Foam Party FAQs

It all depends on how many people play in the foam. As more people play in the foam, they pop the bubbles. But usually, if foam is untouched, it can last for hours.
No, our foam is non-toxic, hypo-allergenic. Exposure to eyes for a longer period of time may cause redness. Some children prefer to have goggles.
Our foam fluid is designed to evaporate/dissipate. If the event is outdoors (or if allowable indoors), you can simply spray a water hose on the foam to dissolve it. If the event is indoors, you can use a mop, squeegee, or wet-vac to remove the foam.
Yes, we can accommodate, however, email or call us to discuss your event.
